There are now some ptrace tests, one that runs strace and another that checks
that the floating point registers and handled correctly.

There are a bunch of new convenience functions in Testlib.pm.

The infrastructure has been majorly overhauled so that most of test.pl is
now in UML/TestSuite.pm. A TestSuite is a set which can contain other
TestSuites and Tests. It is walked recursively, with each test found being
run.
