Fixed the bogus names in /proc/slabinfo in skas mode.
Applied James McMechan's COW file creation speedup patch.
Symlinks on the host that point to a directory can now be mounted.
UML now flushes stdout before entering the kernel. This ensures that all early printf messages appear before printk output.
Added timestamps and direction flags to the tty log records. This makes it possible to replay logs in real time and exactly recreate what the attacker saw.
Fixed a uaccess fencepost error which caused copy_mount_options to fail.
Fixed a 'tracing myself' bug.
Also some code cleanup.
