- Made UML build on 2.2 by defining the SHUT_* macros if no header file does.
- Merged sig_handler and irq_handler_common. Also merged the kernel entry and exit code of syscall_handler so there's only one copy of it, rather than three.
- Fixed a crash caused by run_helper not asking for a GFP_ATOMIC stack allocation if it's in an interrupt.
- Cleaned up some compiler warnings.
