Added a hardware watchdog to UML.
Added exception table fault handling because some asm imported from i386 needs it.
Closed the holes in the physical address space.
More merging of console and serial line code into line.c.
Fixed a ptrace bug caused by the thread structure sometimes having a bogus sc pointer at the end of a system call.
BUG now calls panic instead of hanging.
