Fixed a few signal delivery bugs in order to get nesting to work.
SIGCHLD is now ignored by the idle thread. This fixes a crash caused by a helper exiting in the context of the idle thread.
Fixed the code which reads /proc/cpuinfo to handle EOF properly.
KSTK_EIP and KSTK_ESP are now implemented, so the IP and SP fields of /proc/pid/stat now have real values.
