Fixed a ubd-mmap bug which caused device data to still be mapped in to UML after the device had been closed.
Fixed the alignment problem which caused segfaults on RH and Fedora.
/dev/anon will be checked for and used if it's present.
Copied the frame_restorer and frame_sp fixes from 2.6.
Lots of minor changes to reduce the diffs between the 2.4 and 2.6 trees, and to fix some minor bugs and compilation problems.
