UML userspace files refer to UML_CONFIG_* when they need a UML config
option, not CONFIG_*. This fixes clashes with the host's config.

The common parts of the two linker scripts are now in a separate file
which is now included.

I fixed some 64-bit uncleanliness in the mconsole and switch protocols
for the benefit of some wacko who's running UML on X86-64 in 32-bit mode.

The ubd disk file descriptors are now FD_CLOEXEC.
