Fixed a Makefile bug which broke CONFIG_STATIC_LINK.
Fixed the results of an overzealous kerboard macro which overdid the C99 initializer conversion.
Also, converted some initializers in headers that I missed before.
skas mode now has the same SIGBUS handling as protection against tmpfs running out of space that tt mode has.
Fixed logging in skas mode.
Also, when tty log records are being written out, open causes the current tty to be written as data so that sessions can be tied together intelligently.
Some cleanups and bug fixes in the port channel.
