- When CONFIG_MODE_TT is disabled, UML will link as a normal shared executable.
- Rearranged the link so that IP pnp works.
- Did some cleanup of the uml_pt_regs changes in -36.
- Removed some unneeded includes in unmap.c which were apparently causing link failures for some people.
