Both tt and skas mode will now exit semi-cleanly when the main thread gets
a SIGINT, SIGTERM, or SIGHUP.

The UML watchdog compiles again.

Fixed the fpstate size calculation when there is a restorer in the
signal frame.

If CONFIG_HIGHMEM is disabled, and a large amount of physical memory is
asked for, it is trimmed down to something that fits in the address space
available.

Also, the end of kernel memory in skas mode was lowered to allow for up
to a 1M main process stack.
