- Fixed the fpstate size calculation for SA_SIGINFO signals. This makes JVMs work better in tt mode.
- Signals are blocked during thread startup. This fixes a 'sleeping process nnnnn got unexpected signal : 29' crash.
- Also a little bit of cleanup.
