- Cleaning up the debris from yesterday's merge. Fixed a couple of build bugs.
- Moved some tt-specific code out of arch/um/kernel and into arch/um/kernel/tt.
- Removed the gprof-specific code since it can't work now (and didn't work anyway for a lot of people).
- Added can_do_skas, which detects the necessary support on the host.
