More merging of the redesign. The ptrace headers are now cleaner. The low-level context switcher is merged, as is some of the process creation code.
Did some major cleanup of the Makefiles.
Fixed the get_pty bug again. It's run by the tracing thread again, which shouldn't cause any data corruption.
Fixed a bug in local_irq_save.
