Fixed the most recent fix to the final fix of the fix of the openpty bug.
The segfault seen by James McMechan should be fixed. I changed some buffers from statically allocated to dynamically allocated, but forgot to clear them.
mconsole panic notifications will now work if no new file descriptors can be opened.
Fixed the build problem with panic_exit calling handle_sysrq.
