Applied Henrik's patch which allows ubd[a-h] on the command line.
The UML binary now lives in its own physical memory area.
Fixed a SIGPROF blocking bug.
grantpt is again run by the tracing thread to avoid any problems with large stacks. Also cleaned up the last openpty fix.
