  • The storage of process state while in the kernel has been changed and cleaned up in a major way.
  • The mconsole driver no longer checks creds.
  • Some hostfs entry points were removed so that VFS could default them sensibly.
  • The UML debugger now supports PTRACE_GETFPXREGS and PTRACE_SETFPXREGS.
  • HZ is now 50.
