Got rid of most uses of tracing_cb. Now UML threads create their own processes and threads and don't ask the tracing thread to do it for them. You need the 20020428 utilities in order to network this version of UML because of a signal handling bug exposed by this.
Fixed the arch Makefile a bit.
Fixed a NULL dereference bug.
