The botch in -18 which broke TCP is now fixed.
Merged James McMechan's partitioned device support is now merged. Partitioned block devices now work pretty much the same as they do on physical boxes.
I redid the iomem infrastructure so it works now and the hooks are in place to allow them to be plugged and unplugged.
Fixed the bug which caused a console hang when an eight-bit character was typed.
The SMP fixes from Ryan Boder are merged.
I also fixed the buglets in get_user and put_user that Gwendal Grignou noticed.
