Added --showconfig, which prints the config file the binary was generated from and exits.
Fixed a couple of bugs in the console flow control code.
config.release now has initrd and nfs support.
UML should compile on systems without PTRACE_GETFPXREGS and PTRACE_SETFPXREGS.
UML can now set up network interfaces at boot time. This should allow DHCP, bootp, rarp, and nfsboot to work.
