UML now has sound support, which is controlled by the CONFIG_UML_SOUND option and the 'dsp=' and 'mixer=' command line arguments.
The channel types are now configurable. The default console and serial line initialization strings now have documentation.
External debuggers are now told that their fake child has exited cleanly when UML shuts down.
UML now builds when CONFIG_MCONSOLE is off.
Fixed the buglet in the last sigio_handler recursion fix.
Added Lennert's fixlet to show_cpuinfo.
There are various other cleanups and bug fixes.
